NICHOLAS
ROEHLER

Nicholas Roehler, pianist and coach, has performed in Italy, Austria, Germany, and throughout the United States. He joins the Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Program at LA Opera for a second season where he recently served on the music staff for Stravinsky’s Oedipus Rex and Joseph Bologne’s The Anonymous Lover under maestro James Conlon. He is also featured as pianist in LA Opera’s digital short The Five Moons of Lorca by Gabriela Lena Frank.

Nicholas obtained a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and piano performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam and a Master of Music and a Specialist in Music in vocal coaching and collaborative piano from the University of Michigan under the tutelage of Martin Katz. He is also an alumnus of the Merola Opera Program, the CoOPERAtive Program, and SongFest.

SHANNON
DELIJANI

Shannon Delijani is an Iranian-American multidisciplinary artist and creative producer, based in Los Angeles.

As a performer,  Shannon is praised for her versatility, appearing onscreen and on stage. She is a mezzo soprano and her repertoire ranges from early music to bel canto to musical theater. She has performed with The Mannes Sounds Festival in New York, the Trentino Festival, Pittsburgh festival Opera, and was a 2019 and 2021 fellow with Classic Lyric Arts, France. 

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Music from USC Thornton School of Music where she was the recipient of the Opera Award, and a Master’s in Music from Mannes School of Music where she received the Marian Marcus Wahl Memorial Award for performance. She is also an Alumnus of the Beth Morrison Projects: Producer Academy. // shannondelijani.com

JENNIFER
SHADD

Jennifer Shadd is an award-winning filmmaker and film scholar based in Los Angeles.

She graduated from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television with a degree in Narrative Production, and holds a Master’s degree from Arizona State University’s Film & Media Studies program. She was awarded the Frank Glicksman Memorial Scholarship and the Ion Pictures Scholarship for her accomplishments in film directing. Jenn is a Faculty Associate for ASU, teaching courses for the department of Film and English, and a film industry writer for Backstage Magazine.

She strives to create a cinematic body of work founded on principles of gender equality. // instagram.com/jenn_shadd
